Mateo’s started the way the best things do, with someone obsessed with getting it right. Founder Andrew Robbins didn’t set out to make a salsa—he set out to make the salsa.

Inspired by his father’s recipe, Andrew refined every detail until the flavor felt just right— vibrant, balanced, and unmistakably fresh tasting. He showed up day after day, sharing samples, connecting with people, and letting the salsa speak for itself. Turns out, when salsa tastes this fresh, people remember.
